Here’s a visual prayer video you can play before going to bed or first thing in the morning. This isn’t a video on how to pray, but it is a prayer and you can follow along or use as inspiration to create your own personal prayer. If you need help with making your own prayer feel free to use the structure below:
FIRST: Start by thanking God for the little and small things in your life.
SECOND: Pray for others whether that's family, friends, or strangers.
THIRD: Ask God for what’s in your heart. Be sincere and focus on qualities and attributes versus a shopping list. Be honest with yourself I hope you found this helpful.

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

GRATITUDE
Lord, I am so grateful for keeping those around me safe and loved. ... I am just so grateful for all of your blessings in my life, Lord. I pray that you remind me of just how lucky I am, and that you never allow me to forget to show my gratitude in prayer and returned kind acts. Thank you, Lord.
PRAYER OF STRENGTH
Father in heaven, I stand before You today in Your omnipotent presence to ask that You grant me strength. I want You to give me the strength to power through all of the tasks today — whether little or big. It is by Your will that I live oh Lord. And I know it is also by Your will I will not go weak today. I will not go lazy nor will I will fail to do all things set before me because You strengthen me. Thank You for Your everlasting presence Lord and in Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
